ProductionLogin, coupled with its PL apps for Scouting, Casting, Props/Sets, and Wardrobe, is a solution to integrate all your information into one area for a more productive experience with today's increasingly challenging productions. Media and data from PL scout, PL cast, PL art, and PL wardrobe import directly into ProductionLogin, making this integrated system efficient and effective for any project manager.

Collaboration with decision-makers is easy as ProductionLogin offers the option to digitally specify favorite locations, talent, props/sets and wardrobe between Photographer, Director, Producer, Casting Director, Agency, and Client.

With ProductionLogin, a producer or project manager can see locations, talent, props/sets, wardrobe, and documents for the project, from multiple sources, all in one place.

ProductionLogin has staff dedicated as back office support, assisting production with navigating production issues and building a SmartPhone Production Book - if needed.

PL scout

LOCATION SCOUTING

Many Location Scouts that we talk with are all asking how to best use their iPhones for location scouting. Now that their iPhones are taking better pictures than their older DSLR cameras, and when shooting with their iPhones they don't draw as much attention to themselves, Location Scouts from around the world are leaving their big cameras at home and using PL scout and ProductionLogin to present their locations to their clients.

Sign up for a Location Scout account with ProductionLogin to create and upload to your own projects, authorize specific access with usernames and passwords, send links to clients for quick access to their projects. Then your clients can make notes for each location, mark their favorites, and select their Hero images.

STUDIO & STREET CASTING

The PL Cast mobile app presents the next generation of casting capabilities.
PL Cast allows anyone conducting a casting — casting agent or producer — to manage both
real-time in-studio castings and street castings, all combined into one organized web-based platform.
Additionally, project managers can open up casting for talent to self-submit directly into the ProductionLogin system.

Clients and agency creatives can easily review, select, and make notes on individual talent.
The production proves more efficient with the results viewable in real-time, allowing
other team members to start planning for what or who is to come.

TALENT SUBMIT THEMSELVES REMOTELY

The Self Submit system was developed when live, "in person" castings weren't safe during Covid.
Now, after many happy clients have used the system, they see the added value of being able to view more talent
at less cost than the previous "traditional" live casting. The Self Submit system gives them more choices to find
the right person to represent their brand.

It is browser based and talent easily login to the system on their desktop or mobile devices, enter their Contact Information,
Agent Information, and Sizes - then upload between 6 to 12 Still Images (specified by the Casting Director) and one Video.

The Casting Director manages the talent online and sends out a link to the Creatives and Agency,
where they can make notes on each talent and mark their favorites.

PL art

ART DEPARTMENT - PROPS & SETS

Manage the Art Department with this app. Send the crew out to photograph props and set pieces for presentation to the client or agency head, then get approvals before spending the budget.

Everyone on production can make notes for each prop or set piece and mark their favorites on the website. After approvals, use the app to create pick up lists sorted by vendors so nothing gets missed.

The PL art mobile app is available and currently being used on productions.

PL wardrobe

TALENT WARDROBE

Stylists organize wardrobe by talent, role, and scene, and then
photograph the different "Looks" for creative and client approval.

Printout approved "Looks" for efficiently dressing the talent
for their scene and keep a record of what has been used, and in which scene.

The PL wardrobe mobile app is available and currently being used on productions.
